This forward-thinking, specialist firm is currently seeking an Estate Planning Lawyer to join its high-performing Brisbane office. The team is known for delivering sophisticated estate planning strategies to individuals, families, and business owners, and is consistently recognised in national legal rankings.
About the Role n
You'll work alongside a team that includes multiple accredited specialists and senior estate planning professionals. Depending on your level, you'll be supported or given the opportunity to lead on matters including:

Drafting complex Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Directives
n
Providing tailored estate planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and business clients
n
Assisting with estate administration, probate, and asset structuring
n
Collaborating in firm-wide strategy sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
n
About You n
This role is open to both junior and senior lawyers. Ideally,



you will bring:
n
n
1-2+ years' PAE
in estate planning for junior roles; orextensive experience for senior roles
n
A strong academic record (GPA 5.5+ preferred)
n
Excellent drafting and interpersonal skills
n
A team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a collaborative culture
n
A passion for succession law and a long-term commitment to developing your expertise
n
