About the Role n
As a
Permanent Recruitment Consultant
, you'll be responsible for building robust client relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements across your specialist vertical or territory.
n
You'll become a trusted expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service while developing new business and driving revenue.
What You'll Do n
n
Develop new business and generate job orders
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
Source, assess and manage high quality candidates
n
Present your most placeable candidates to employers
n




Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement
n
Develop your own network and market expertise within your chosen vertical
n
Collaborate with your team and contribute to a culture of excellence
n
What You Bring n
n
1+ year of B2B sales experience
or
3+ years of B2C sales experience
n
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
n
Strong communication and relationship building skills
n
A results driven mindset and strong sense of urgency
n
Commercially minded with a genuine appetite for business development
n
A passion for recruitment and helping people succeed
n
The ambition and entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow your own desk

Remuneration n
$55,000 - $75,000 base salary
, depending on experience,
plus commission
