Casey Dentists is seeking an experienced, confident and motivated Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator to join our busy team.

/n

This is a varied back and front office role for someone who enjoys providing exceptional patient care, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

/n

We are a locally owned, modern dental practice offering a comprehensive range of general and advanced dentistry, including implants, wisdom teeth, All-On-Four, orthodontics, same-day crowns and surgical procedures in our onsite day-surgery facility.

THE ROLE /n

You will be an important part of the patient journey, responsible for:

/n

/n

- Welcoming and assisting patients

/n

- Appointment scheduling and patient follow-up

/n

- Responding to phone, email and social media enquiries

/n

- Discussing treatment plan financing options with patients

/n

- Converting enquiries into appointments

/n

- Processing payments and general administration

/n

- Ad Hoc days on front office reception

/n

- Working closing with our dentists responding to patient enquiries

/n





- Supporting the clinical team and Practice Manager

/n

ABOUT YOU /n

We are looking for someone who is:

/n

/n

- Experienced in reception, administration, sales or customer service (highly regarded)

/n

- Confident and professional

/n

- An excellent communicator with a warm telephone manner

/n

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

/n

- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

/n

- Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative

/n

- Confident with computers and fast, accurate touch typing

/n

- Professionally presented and committed to providing outstanding patient care

/n

- Dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.

/n
