We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. If you enjoy solving technical problems, helping people, and working with a wide range of technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role /n

As a Helpdesk Support Technician, you'll provide remote and onsite support to a diverse range of clients. No two days are the same. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, assist users with hardware and software problems, and help deliver exceptional customer service.

About You /n

You're naturally curious about technology and genuinely enjoy helping people. You can diagnose problems efficiently and explain technical concepts in plain English rather than confusing jargon.

You take pride in delivering qualified, friendly service0.0 and are committed to finding the right solution for every customer.

What You'll Bring /n

/n

- 1-2+ years' experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk or similar IT support role

/n

- Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows PCs and/or Apple Macs

/n

- Knowledge of home and small business networks

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication

/n

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

/n

Experience in Some of the Following /n

You don't need experience in everything, but exposure to some of these technologies will be highly regarded:

- Microsoft 365 administration and support

/n

- Desktop hardware and software troubleshooting

/n

- Windows operating systems

/n

- Antivirus and endpoint security solutions

/n

- Active Directory

/n

- IP networking and network services

/n

- Firewalls and cyber security solutions

/n

- Backup software and disaster recovery solutions

/n

- Mobile device support (Android, iPhone and iPad)

/n

- Remote support and helpdesk ticketing systems
