Due to continued growth and upcoming civil construction works, we are seeking experienced and reliable Truck & Dog Operators to join our team.

About the Role /n

As a Truck & Dog Operator, you will work alongside our civil construction crews, transporting materials to and from project sites and supporting day-to-day earthworks and civil operations.

/n

Key responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- /n

Operating Truck & Dog combinations safely and efficiently

/n

- /n

Transporting quarry materials, spoil, gravel, road base and other construction materials

/n

- /n

Completing daily pre-starts and vehicle inspections

/n

- /n

Maintaining accurate dockets, load records and required documentation

/n

- /n





Complying with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management requirements

/n

- /n

Ensuring loads are transported and secured in accordance with regulations

/n

- /n

Communicating effectively with supervisors, operators and site personnel

/n

- /n

Working around excavators, loaders and other heavy plant

/n

- /n

Maintaining a clean and well-presented truck

/n

- /n

Following all site safety, environmental and project requirements

/n

What We're Looking For /n

To be successful, you will ideally have:

/n

/n

- /n

Current HC Driver Licence or higher – essential

/n

- /n

Demonstrated experience operating a Truck & Dog

/n

- /n

Civil construction or quarry haulage experience

/n

- /n

Good understanding of NHVR and fatigue management requirements

/n

- /n

Construction White Card

/n

- /n

Strong safety awareness

/n

- /n

Ability to complete required paperwork and daily records

/n

- /n

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

/n

- /n

Ability to work as part of a civil construction team

/n
