Mobile Electrician

Electrician | Sydney, NSW | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a hands-on role with variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across multiple sites?

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Sydney team. This is a mobile, multi-site role , providing variety across different client facilities and the opportunity to work on planned, reactive and project-based maintenance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Facilities team, you'll be responsible for delivering electrical maintenance services across multiple client sites throughout Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out planned, reactive, urgent and ad-hoc electrical maintenance
- Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and inspections
- Supporting electrical and building services maintenance
- Completing PRA and Job Safety Analysis before commencing work
- Travelling between sites as required




- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and office staff
- Maintaining high standards across safety, compliance, KPIs and reporting
- Completing work reports within one business day

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- A Grade Electrical Licence
- 5+ years' experience in electrical maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with electrical systems and building services
- Construction Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Robust knowledge of Electrical Standards and OH&S; requirements
- Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and compliance

Cabling Registration and a Working with Children Check would be advantageous.
