About the Role - Personal Carers (Casual) /n

We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Personal Carers to join our growing team. This is a casual opportunity with the potential to become permanent part time.

/n

We are offering AM, PM and Overnight shifts.





Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: /n

/n

- Supporting residents with daily personal care routines

/n

- Offering companionship and emotional support

/n

- Monitoring and documenting any changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing

/n

- Creating a safe, nurturing, and home-like environment

/n

- Working closely with the care team to implement personalised care plans

/n

What You'll Bring: /n

/n

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)

/n

- No minimum aged care experience required as we welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering person-centred care

/n

- Excellent communication and time management skills

/n

- A kind, empathetic, and respectful approach to resident care

/n

- Current National Police Check

/n
