‘’We are seeking an experienced Groundsman to deliver qualified gardening and general maintenance services at Marina Realty.

/n

As a full-time team member, you play a vital role in helping to maintain clean, attractive outdoor spaces and support the upkeep of our buildings across multiple unit complexes. This role involves scheduled gardening/grounds tasks and routine maintenance of common areas and facilities.

/n

If you have landscaping experience, strong attention to detail, and work well within a team and routine, we’d love to hear from you.

/n

Skills Required:

/n

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

/n

Experience in hotel or apartment complexes (including pool care) is an advantage

/n

Proven landscaping and maintenance experience

/n





Experience in usage of basic tools and gardening equipment

/n

Strong customer service and communication skills

/n

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks and outdoor work

/n

Good time management and organisational skills

/n

Responsibilities:

/n

Maintain punctuality, presentation, and personal hygiene

/n

Wear appropriate PPE at all times

/n

Uphold knowledge of property amenities and facilities

/n

Interact professionally with tenants, owners, and staff

/n

Report maintenance issues promptly

/n

Handle and return lost property to the office’’
