Remuneration: $39.21 per hour+ Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

About therole: /n

As a Wellness Partner ,you'lldeliver engaging, person-centredwellness programs that support residents' physical, emotional,socialand cognitive wellbeing. Working closely with residents,familiesand the wider care team,you'llhelp create opportunities for meaningful participation,independenceand connection.

You will: /n

Facilitate group and one-on-one wellness activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities

/n

Build positive relationships with residents through meaningful engagement and companionship

/n

Support residents' independence,



choice,dignityand wellbeing

/n

Collaborate with the Wellness Lead, care teams,familiesand volunteers to deliver engaging programs

/n

Assistwith wellness assessments,documentationand reporting changes in resident wellbeing

/n

Support volunteers to contribute confidently to resident activities and experiences

/n

Prepare andmaintainsafe, welcoming activity spaces and equipment

/n

Followorganisationalpolicies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Role Requirements: /n

Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification

/n

Current Queensland Driver Licence

/n

Experiencefacilitatinggroup and individual activities in aged care,communityor disability settings

/n

Understanding of person-centred practice, dementiacareand cultural safety

/n

Ability to adapt activities to support a range of physical and cognitive abilities

/n

Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

/n

Knowledge of infection control,
