JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description /n

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents and work along side our care team.

- * Provide personal care and emotional support to residents

/n

- * Assist with daily living: mobility, meals, social outings and clinical care

/n

- * Review care plans, report and observe changes

/n

- * Maintain dignity and privacy for all resdients

/n

- * Support Registered Nurses

About the Candidate /n

Do you live in Nerang, Highland Park, Carrara, Molendinar, Ashmore, Gilston or Gold coast surrounds? We are seeking an experienced team member to make a difference in supporting our local residents at Homestead Aged Care based in Nerang.



Ability to work independently with a small team of carers and flexibility to cover additional day or night shifts is highly regarded,

/n

- * Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents.

/n

- * Currently holds a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Individual Support/ Aged Care.

/n

- * Experienced as a Personal Care Worker in Residential Aged Care.

/n

- * Flexible and able to do shifts including AM, PM, Night & Public holidays

/n

- * Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor

/n
