Job Summary:

The Cyber Security AnalystistaskedwithcontinuouslymonitoringandtriagingsecurityeventsandalertsfromSIEMandothersecuritytoolsacrossdiverseclientenvironments. Thisrolerequirespromptlyinvestigatingandrespondingtosecurityincidents,providinginitialanalysisandimplementingcontainmentactionstoensurerapidresolution.

Furthermore,theanalystwillmaintainandtuneexistingplatformswhilecontributingtothedevelopmentofrobustdetectionandresponseplaybooksandwillcollaboratewithbothclientsandinternalteamstodeliverexpertsecurity Theanalystwillalsoiterateonhistoricalprocessessuchastheintroductionofnewtoolingincluding,butnotlimitedtoAI,forusewithinthesecurityoperationscentre.

Responsibilities:

- Respondtoandtriagealertsquicklytoreduce Mean Timeto Respond(MTTR).
- Monitorcustomerenvironmentsproactivelytoimprovedetectionspeedandclientconfidence.
- Tuneandbuildalertingrulestominimizefalsepositivesandenhanceaccuracy.
- Createcleardocumentationandplaybookstoaccelerateresponseworkflows.
- Engagewithcustomersandmanageescalationstoimprovesatisfactionandtrust.




- Automaterepetitivealerthandlingtoincreaseefficiencyandreducemanualeffort.
- ImplementAI/MLsolutionstolower Mean Timeto Detect(MTTD)andMTTR.
- Continuouslyrefinedetectionandautomationmodelstoachievereliableoutcomes.

- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
- Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoconveytechnicalconceptstobothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders
