The Opportunity:
As a Pre-Construction Client Liaison, you will manage the client journey from Final Plans through to Slab Down, coordinating pre-site and site-start requirements and ensuring clients receive clear, timely updates throughout the process.

- Manage client communication and provide updates throughout the preconstruction process
- Communicate Scheduling requirements, outcomes and key project updates to clients
- Coordinate Synergy, gas and External Works requirements with clients and internal teams
- Complete BA20 Forms and manage required documentation
- Review Pre-Site Inspection and Slab Reports, following up outstanding actions
- Ensure Prestart documentation is accurate and up to date




- Follow up outstanding approvals and client requirements through to Slab Down

To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

- Must have at least 1+ years of relevant residential building industry experience
- Candidates from building suppliers or commercial contractor backgrounds are considered
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
