About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care for consumers/patients with a variety of conditions and support the general function of unit through role modelling and application of the principles of contemporary evidence-based consumer/patient focused care, education, leadership, and portfolio management.

About you

- Apply advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, consumer-centred care in a dynamic acute mental health environment.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and support to nursing colleagues, helping shape a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Respond to complex clinical situations with confidence, utilising advanced assessment and intervention skills to achieve the best outcomes.
- Contribute to education, quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives that enhance care delivery and service excellence.
- Work closely with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery-focused care, safety and wellbeing.
