What's involved – Provide portfolio-based leadership of recruitment and attraction activities across CWHHS, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and organisational strategy. The Senior Recruitment Advisor builds pipelines, oversees quality assurance of recruitment documentation, and acts as the primary conduit between executive leaders, hiring managers and recruitment operations. This role ensures that recruitment activities are creative, compliant, and effective in supporting rural and remote workforce sustainability.

About Central West Hospital and Health Service - Provide portfolio-based leadership of recruitment and attraction activities across CWHHS, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and organisational strategy. The Senior Recruitment Advisor builds pipelines, oversees quality assurance of recruitment documentation, and acts as the primary conduit between executive leaders, hiring managers and recruitment operations.
