The Opportunity

This role will be working closely with Matthew Taylor, who works with high profile clients on the procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects including data centre, transport and energy projects, with a focus on commercial contracting across all aspects of our clients supply chains. In this role, you will take a leading role on matters with our clients and provide commercial advice on a range of market leading and complex projects, with real prospect to also work with clients in broader sectors including defence.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:





- Senior Associates from a top-tier or mid-tier firm (or in-house) with hands-on experience in a projects, infrastructure, or construction practice, including Australian construction contracts and government client work.
- Those with a genuine passion for the infrastructure, energy, and transport sectors, with the ability to see beyond purely legal issues and take a commercial, big-picture approach.
- Demonstrated experience in client advisory & matter management - taking day-to-day ownership of complex infrastructure and procurement matters (spanning data centres, transport, energy, and defence), providing commercial advice directly to high-profile clients with a high degree of autonomy.
- Commercial Contract Delivery - Draft, review, and negotiate project documentation-including contracts, amendments, and correspondence-across all aspects of clients' supply chains on major infrastructure projects.
- Beyond technical expertise, the role demands solid interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building & team development.
