The Opportunity

Missions/Main Duties:

The role

In this role, you will support the design and delivery of major roads and highways projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality transport infrastructure outcomes.

- Deliver end-to-end concept and detailed designs for geometric road alignments, intersections, and civil infrastructure.
- Utilise industry-standard software (such as 12D and CAD) to review engineering models and documentation.
- Apply Austroads and TMR standards to ensure full project compliance.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare engineering reports, and assist with technical specifications.
- Collaborate with drafters, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- (Optional/Bonus) Contribute to minor stormwater and drainage design elements where required.

Profile/Skills:





What We’re Looking For

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 4 to 8 years of post-graduate experience specifically within Australian civil infrastructure, with a solid focus on roads and highways.
- Proven experience working with TMR specifications and Austroads guidelines or similar is highly regarded. Local experience is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 12D is desirable, alongside familiarity with TMR-specific design software.
