What You'll Do Deliver Great Customer Experiences /n

Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service

Share product knowledge and introduce new collections

Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Maintain Store Standards /n

Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards

Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy

Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready

Support Daily Store Operations /n

Process transactions accurately through POS systems

Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards

Full-Time Availability Requirements /n

This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.

/n

- /n

Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.

/n

- /n

Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.

/n

- /n

We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.

/n

- /n

As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.

/n

- /n

Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.

/n

Casual Availability Requirements /n

- /n

This is a permanent part-time position.

/n

- /n

Availability to work 3-4 days per week is required, at least one late night and one weekend day

/n

/n

Flexibility to work store trading hours

/n

- /n

Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.

/n

- /n

Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.

/n

- /n

Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
