Job Description

Kids First Australia invites applications for a Youth Work Case Manager to deliver mobile youth services in Perth, WA. This full time fixed-term role runs until 30 June 2026, focusing on flexible, responsive support for young people and collaboration with families, schools and community services.

You will manage assessments, goals, referrals and ongoing care, while contributing to a welcoming Drop-in Service offering practical support and connections to services.
