CGC Recruitment are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established high end residential builder based in Woollahra. They have been delivering homes for over 20 years across the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and Inner West.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager or Contracts Administrator to working alongside projects managers and the director to play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You will be joining a company who deliver high end homes up to $15m and have there in house architects and design team, as well as working with some of Sydney`s best architects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing construction contracts from commencement through to completion.
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Managing variations, extensions of time, claims and contractual correspondence.
- Reviewing subcontractor claims and payment schedules.
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, commitments and financial performance.
- Managing procurement and subcontractor engagement.
- Reviewing scopes of work, drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
- Identifying and managing commercial and contractual risks.
- Maintaining accurate contract registers and project documentation.
- Assisting with forecasting, cost reporting and project financial controls.

About You





- 5+ years' experience in contracts or commercial management.
- Experience within residential construction, renovations, luxury residential or high-end building.
- Robust knowledge of construction contracts and subcontractor management.
- Experience managing variations, claims and extensions of time.
- Solid commercial and financial understanding.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
