The Role:

This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring construction timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively.

- Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes
- Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements
- Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You:





- Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered)
- Experience across single or double-storey homes
- Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
