This is an opportunity for an experienced construction or insurance qualified to step into a role with genuine ownership across the full repair lifecycle. You'll combine technical expertise, project coordination and customer engagement while working closely with builders to deliver quality outcomes, control costs and keep projects moving.

As part of the National Major Loss team, you'll work closely with builders, trades, repair specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure every claim is managed efficiently, fairly and to the highest standard. You'll be empowered to make decisions, influence project outcomes and build trusted relationships with customers throughout the entire claims journey.

What will you be doing?

- Manage insurance repair projects from initial scope through to completion
- Review and validate scopes, costs and repair methodologies
- Monitor builder performance, timelines,



quality and customer outcomes
- Conduct site visits, inspections and customer consultations as required
- Identify non-covered works and clearly communicate decisions in line with policy requirements
- Prepare clear, detailed reports that may be provided to customers and used in formal complaints processes

What do you need?

- Previous experience in insurance building, estimating, repair coordination or project management
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential repair lifecycle
- Trade qualification or solid technical construction knowledge
- Experience working with builders and challenging repair methodologies where required
- Strong understanding of insurance requirements, guidelines and policy-based non-cover decisions
- Confident customer communicator with strong written and report-writing skills
