About the Position.

As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of large-scale construction projects, running the site, leading teams, and ensuring top-tier outcomes in quality, safety, and program. You’ll be supported by an experienced Project Manager and a loyal office-based team who know the Canberra market inside out.

Duties.

- Run all on-site activities from structure to handover
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
- Manage site safety, quality assurance, and daily logistics
- Lead and mentor junior site staff and labour teams
- Ensure works are delivered on time and to spec





Skills & Experience.
- Proven track record as a Site Manager on $60M+ multi-res projects
- Deep understanding of building methodology and sequencing
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage program, budgets, safety, and quality effectively
- Trade background or Construction Management qualification
