Progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer with Qld residential conveyancing experience. The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, allowing you to have work/life balance
- A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience is essential

The role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage residential conveyancing files from start to finish. This will include -
- contract review and dealing with clients, brokers, solicitors
- following up on outstanding conditions
- on line searches
- settlement statements
- PEXA settlements
- and general administrative duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing paralegal experience in a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, including PEXA is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files with competing deadlines

Progressive law firm based at Sinnamon Park. 6 staff in total. Salary between $80,000 - $100,000 + Super dependent upon experience. WFH options available after training (1,2 days a week).
