About the role
We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Multi- Concession Manager to take ownership of a busy fashion concession within a leading department store in Adelaide CBD.

Working closely with both your own brand team and the department store team, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong presentation standards and delivering an elevated customer experience. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, so this role will suit someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions independently while building positive relationships with key stakeholders.

What you will do

- Take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the concession
- Drive sales and work towards agreed sales, wage and KPI targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve their potential
- Manage stock levels, replenishment and overall stock presentation
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Manage rostering and ensure appropriate coverage across trading periods
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
- Provide feedback and manage performance where required




- Build strong working relationships with department store stakeholders
- Represent the brand professionally within the department store environment
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, service and overall concession performance

What you will bring
- Previous retail management or concession leadership experience
- A proven ability to achieve sales, wage and KPI targets
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of results
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience with rostering and team performance
- Visual merchandising experience
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and current trends
- Strong customer service instincts
- Flexibility to work weekends, late nights and public holidays when required
