JM Paving and Tiling is looking for an experienced Wall & Floor Tiler / Pool Tiler to join our growing team.

We specialise in high-quality outdoor tiling, pool surrounds, natural stone and paving projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work confidently without constant supervision and wants a reliable, long-term position with a small professional team.

The Role

You’ll work across a variety of residential projects including:

- Pool coping and pool surrounds

- Natural stone installation

- Outdoor tiling

- Paving and wet laying

- Screeding and substrate preparation

- Cutting and working with stone using wet saws

- Wall and floor tiling

- General preparation and concrete work associated with our projects

Experience with paving, structural landscaping or concrete work is highly regarded, but you don’t need to be an expert in everything.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Wall & Floor Tiler – Certificate III preferred

- Ideally 5+ years’ trade experience

- Strong tiling and screeding skills

- Experience with natural stone

- Pool coping/pool tiling experience highly regarded





- Confident using wet saws and other trade equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High attention to detail

- Reliable and punctual

- Current driver’s licence

- Good attitude and willingness to help across different aspects of our projects

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work.

What We Offer

- $90,000–$105,000 + super, depending on experience

- Full-time, stable employment

- Consistent Monday–Friday work
