We’re looking for 2 experienced Diesel Fitters to join our growing team in and around Dubbo.

Whether you prefer the workshop or being out on site, we’ve got an opportunity with good money, day-shift work, modern equipment, and the autonomy to get on with the job.

THE ROLES

Dubbo Workshop Fitter

Monday – Friday | Days Only | Great $$$

Based in our Dubbo workshop, working on a up-to-date fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment. This is a hands-on role for a fitter who knows their trade, can diagnose problems, and likes having the freedom to get the job done properly.

Site-Based Diesel Fitter

7/7 Roster | Wednesday – Tuesday | Days Only | Company Ute A site-based role for a fitter who enjoys variety, working on heavy mobile plant and having the independence to manage the job.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be a trade-qualified Diesel Fitter with at least 2+ years post-trade experience and solid heavy earthmoving experience.

You’ll ideally have

- Strong experience working on CAT, Komatsu and/or Hitachi
- Heavy mobile plant or field service experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- A solid safety mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients and the team
- Leadership experience is desirable, or the drive to step up and lead from the front
- Mining and/or civil experience
