About the role

As a 3IC Full Time at Fossil, you'll play a key role in providing leadership and support to the store team, while also ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This full time position is located at our Homebush Watch Station DFO store , offering opportunities for career growth within a energetic retail environment.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day to day store operations
- Supervising and supporting the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance
- Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive brand experience for all customers
- Maintaining stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Promoting the Fossil brand and products to drive sales and meet targets

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a retail or 3IC role, preferably within the fashion or accessories industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences




- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
