Toma Power Solutions is looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to lead crews across high-end residential and commercial projects in Melbourne's north-west. You'll coordinate daily works, work closely with builders and site managers, and help deliver quality installations safely, on time and to a high standard.
About the role
As a Leading Hand Electrician, you'll run a crew on site and remain hands-on with electrical installation, team management and final delivery. You'll be the key contact for builders, site managers and clients, helping keep projects safe, organised and on program.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support a crew of electricians and apprentices
- Plan daily works and coordinate materials
- Liaise with builders, site managers and clients
- Complete testing, verification and COES
- Review SWMS and maintain safe work practices
- Identify design, scope and program issues early
- Complete daily reporting and site documentation
What You'll Need
- Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Strong installation, testing and fault-finding skills
- Construction Induction Card
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Australian work rights
