About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Matching quality candidates to client vacancies
- Building and maintaining strong talent pools
- Conducting client visits, WHS site inspections, and preparing reports
- Coordinating site inductions and onboarding activities
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Providing outstanding customer service while managing multiple recruitment campaigns

What we are Looking For We are seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

You will ideally have





- Previous recruitment experience, preferably within blue-collar, industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or labour hire environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment software systems
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
