What you’ll do
- Proactively lead day-to-day client relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Run monthly client WIPs, keeping everyone aligned on what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, when it’s due, who’s responsible and what happens next

- Connect marketing activity to each client’s broader strategy, commercial priorities and impact goals
- Drive quarterly business reviews in collaboration with our discipline leads across creative, content and performance
- Plan and prioritise work in the studio schedule, working with the GM to forecast capacity and utilisation, resolving blockers before they affect delivery
- Manage scope, timelines and budgets while identifying opportunities to grow client partnerships
- Lead weekly agency WIPs, keeping the team focused, informed and moving forward
- Stay immersed in client industries, bringing relevant trends, research and opportunities forward
- Act as the final point of quality control, reviewing work for strategic alignment, accuracy and completeness before client presentation
- Support the team with marketing administration from uploading ads and scheduling content to pulling reports and keeping our client drive freaky levels of organised
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ agency experience in client service or digital marketing

- Strong commercial nous that extends beyond dashboards and channel metrics
- Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and follow-through
- Clear, confident client communication and presentation skills
- Strong briefing, synthesis, logic and problem-solving skills
- High ownership, curiosity, initiative and accountability

- Making explicit recommendations when there are several possible paths
- Holding people accountable to agreed priorities, responsibilities and timelines
- Managing job profitability, deadlines, scope creep, and new opportunities
- Bringing solutions, ideas, and a sense of play
- Having direct, respectful conversations about the work and the way we work
- Using tools and frameworks while keeping your own thinking sharp
- Holding the work to a high standard, even when time is tight
What success looks like in the first 90 days
- You’ve built strong, trusted relationships with the team and key clients
- You’ve taken ownership of client and agency WIPs, keeping scopes, priorities and timelines on track
- Clients know what we’re working on, why it matters, when it’s due and what happens next
- You’ve led QBRs that move the conversation beyond clicks, turning channel performance into bigger-picture insights and clear recommendations
- The team opens briefs with the context,
inputs and direction they need to get cracking
- You’ve penned weekly updates so good clients actually look forward to receiving them
- You’ve brought research, trends and industry intelligence into client conversations before anyone had to ask

- You’ve been given a Catalan nickname by our Creative Director, Marco
- You’ve had a bangin’ sanga with the team (maybe you’ve made one too)
What’s on offer This is a role with real influence, autonomy and growth potential. You’ll initially be the only dedicated person in client service, with the opportunity to shape the function and help build the team over time.
You’ll work directly alongside our General Manager and senior leads across strategy, creative, content and performance for challenger brands, purpose-driven organisations and ambitious businesses that want to accelerate their growth and amplify their impact.
You’ll be part of a small team that cares deeply about the quality of the work, the relationships we build and the kind of agency and impact we’re creating together. That means high standards, direct conversations, genuine trust and plenty of room to shape how things evolve.
Agency work is demanding. It should also be energising, collaborative and fun. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect strong opinions, sharp thinking, good banter and probably a nickname within your first month. Just ask Matthew, aka: Matty, aka: Lumbsy, aka: Tina, aka: Matias ;)
