About Pride Promotions

Pride Promotions is an established sales and marketing organisation working with leading brands and clients across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for an experienced, driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our Melbourne Head Office and take ownership of client campaigns, team performance and ongoing campaign growth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with clients, internal teams and key stakeholders to plan, execute and improve marketing campaigns while ensuring our clients’ brands are represented to the highest standard.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day management and performance of allocated client campaigns.

You’ll combine client relationship management, campaign strategy, team leadership, marketing and data analysis to ensure campaigns are delivering against agreed objectives and KPIs.

You’ll be someone who enjoys being across the detail, but can also step back and look at the bigger picture- identifying opportunities, solving problems and developing strategies that improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day servicing and delivery of allocated client campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Develop and implement creative marketing and promotional strategies aligned with client and company objectives
- Plan campaign activity, events, advertising and promotional opportunities
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure activities are delivered cost effectively
- Set, monitor and review campaign KPIs and performance targets
- Analyse sales, rejection handling and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare regular performance reporting and provide recommendations based on campaign results
- Research markets, demographics, consumer trends and new promotional opportunities
- Develop and recommend new strategies in response to changing market conditions
- Oversee advertising and promotional content across digital,



social media and traditional channels
- Coordinate event spaces, bookings, media, equipment, collateral and other campaign requirements
- Lead, train, mentor and develop marketing team members
- Run team workshops around campaign direction, performance, techniques and objectives
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of junior marketing personnel where required
- Work closely with senior management to continually improve campaign processes and strategies
- Ensure all team members understand and uphold company and client expectations
- Protect and strengthen client brand integrity across all campaign activity

What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage people, clients, campaigns and performance.

You’ll ideally have

- Previous experience in account management, marketing, advertising, communications or a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related field OR equivalent industry experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Experience working with KPIs, performance data and reporting
- An understanding of digital marketing, social media, email and online advertising
- Confidence using CRM and other business platforms
- A strong understanding of current marketing and consumer trends
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- A genuine interest in developing and mentoring others
- A commitment to continuous professional development

Travel: Interstate and occasional international travel may be required

Hours: Standard business hours, with occasional events and after hours commitments as required
