About the roleOur client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on a full time permanent basis. The role will be join a small finance team and assist with accounts payable and general accounts administration. This opportunity is great for someone early in their accounting career as their is lotts of opportunity for training and development.

This role is open to candiates who have recently graduated with an accounting degree or have 1-2 years experience in a similar role and are keen to learn.

The ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities involve:

- Accurate, timely and compliant processing accounts payable activities
- Manage shared finance inboxes
- Support the EFTsure vendor onboarding process
- Assist with data cleaning and system updates
- Maintain positive communication with internal stakeholders, employees and suppliers

The successful applicant will have

- A degree in accounting,



commerce or a similar field
- Experience using large ERP's is highly regarded
- Intermediate excel skills (x-lookups. pivot tables)
- Robust verbal and written communication
- Be motivated and eager to learn
