We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Berrimah.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the accounts payable function from end to end — keeping things accurate, organised and moving.

That means

- Processing invoices, purchase orders and payment runs.
- Keeping supplier records accurate and up to date.
- Managing the AP inbox and Approval Max workflow.
- Making sure invoices are correctly coded and approved.
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
- Processing staff expense reimbursements.
- Supporting month-end activities and reconciliations.
- Working with managers, budget holders and suppliers to sort out queries.
- Helping identify and prevent duplicate or incorrect payments.
- Uploading approved payment files and reconciling transactions.
- Looking for better, smarter ways to do things.

Basically, you’ll be the person who makes sure the financial engine keeps running smoothly behind the scenes.
