About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join our supportive finance team and work within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and efficiently.

- Manage project progress claim, customer invoicing, receipts, and account reconciliations.

- Follow up outstanding accounts and manage aged debtors.

- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.

- Respond to supplier and customer account enquiries.

- Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

About you

- Solid understanding of core finance and accounting data entry principles





- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Experience with accounting software such as MYOB is desirable
