You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Director and senior support staff. This position offers variety and responsibility, with opportunities to expand your skills and grow within the business.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing client reports (training provided)
- Liaising with clients and assisting with enquiries
- Liaising with industry providers and institutions
- Implementing and processing paperwork (training provided)
- Completing and lodging various industry forms
- Maintaining and updating client databases (training provided)
- Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, mail and reporting tasks
- Reception and client service support, including phone and front-desk duties as required
About you
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to confidently and efficiently use these programs in a professional office environment
- Exceptional attention to detail – A high level of accuracy and care, with the ability to identify errors and ensure work is completed to a consistently high standard
- Demonstrated ability to follow established processes, procedures and workflows consistently and accurately
- Commitment to continuous learning and development – A genuine desire to build knowledge, develop recent skills and continually improve proficiency and effectiveness in the role
