About the Role

As our Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Processing customer orders and invoices accurately
- Managing data entry and maintaining customer records
- Coordinating freight bookings and order dispatches
- Reconciling supplier invoices and supporting accounts administration
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
- Assisting with general office administration
- Supporting warehouse and operational staff when required

No prior industry experience is necessary.



Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
