About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer - Office of the Chief Executive to provide efficient, professional and confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant - Office of the Chief Executive.
The role supports effective office coordination, communication, financial administration, meeting coordination and workplace operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Office of the Chief Executive.
This position also undertakes Reception duties for the Cairns office of Apunipima Cape York Health Council.
Pre-employment screening for vaccination against Vaccine Preventable Diseases will be conducted for the successful applicant.
Skills And Experiences
About You To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current Blue Card positive notice or exemption, or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement
- Current Queensland Drivers Licence
- National Police Check within the last 3 months or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organising meetings, workshops including managing travel logistics
