About the Role
Join our team at Ocean Star Residential Aged Care in Bunbury, in a varied role combining administration and rostering. You’ll provide administrative support across the residence, coordinate employee rosters and be a friendly and welcoming first point of contact for residents, their families, employees and visitors.
Situated opposite the Indian Ocean, Ocean Star offers the unique opportunity to work in a coastal aged care community in the South West. About you
You embody Catholic Homes values of love, hospitality, excellence and joy, and you bring warmth, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and care.
Additionally, you will have:
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling and/or administration, preferably within an aged care or health setting
- An understanding of relevant industrial awards or enterprise agreements
- A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
