There's a brand-new administration and client onboarding role in Albury for someone who gets a slightly unreasonable amount of satisfaction from having everything exactly where it should be.

Right document. Right system. Right person. Tick, tick, tick.

You'll own the process of new client onboarding and documentation, working with managers and partners, chasing documents, checking the details, keeping compliance moving and making sure nothing quietly disappears into the too-hard basket.

And you'll have some freedom to make the process better.

Right now, it's handled across different people and different parts of the business. They want someone switched on enough to spot the gaps, question what isn't working and help turn it into one bloody good process.

You'll be based with the administration team, and it's a pretty social little corner of the office. They've got music going, they talk, they have a laugh, and they still get the work done.

It's also very much a full-team model.

There'll be times when you'll jump onto reception, answer phones, greet clients or help someone else get something over the line. Some of their best people are the ones who don't pull out their PD and say, "That's not my job."

If something needs doing, they help.

That goes both ways, too. You'll have experienced admin and corporate secretarial people around you to ask questions, learn from and lean on while you get across the role.

They are, however, self-confessed Type A people.

They like processes. They like things done properly.

And they really,



really don't like people going rogue.

You'll need to be organised, sharp with detail, confident enough to chase people up and quick at learning new systems.

Experience working within an accountancy firm? Handy, but not essential.

You might come from legal admin, compliance, qualified services, office management or somewhere else where missing a detail actually matters.

The package sits around $70K plus super.

It's full-time and predominantly office-based in Albury. There's sensible flexibility when life happens, but this isn't a "work from the couch three days a week" gig. There are physical documents and reception backup involved, so being there matters.
