Role Description The Administration Coordinator for RTO at Skills Strategies International is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Perth Area working from both our Balcatta and West Perth Campuses. . This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative operations that support RTO compliance, training delivery, and student services. Key tasks include managing learner records and documentation, maintaining databases and filing systems, preparing training schedules and session materials, and supporting enrolment and completion processes.
The Administration
Coordinator will respond to inquiries from learners, trainers, and partner organizations,
provide general office support, and assist with finance-related tasks such as processing invoices and tracking payments. The role also involves liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, accurate data entry, and smooth workflow across training programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to liaise effectively with trainers, learners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess administrative assistance skills, including data entry into Powerpro RTO, document management, scheduling, and general office coordination.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills, with a focus on supporting learners and clients in a professional and responsive manner.
- Candidates should possess basic finance skills, such as handling invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with financial records.
- Candidates should possess organization skills, including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail in a busy training environment.
- Relevant experience in an RTO, education, or training environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and databases) is preferred.
- A qualification in business administration, education support, or a related field is advantageous, along with a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
