You will experience the privilege of resolving historical Treaty claims and supporting the legal recognition of customary Takutai Moana rights.Te Haeata/The OpportunityWe have an Advisor, Funding - fixed term (or seconded) full-time role available in the funding team of Te Tira Takutai Moana until March 2027.
This role is based in Wellington reporting to the Manager, Takutai Moana.The Advisor, Funding is responsible for undertaking analysis and processing of funding and reimbursement requests relating to applications under the Takutai Moana legislation (te Takutai Moana Act 2011 and the Ngā Rohe Moana o Ngā Hapū o Ngāti Porou Act 2019). This role will help build internal relationships and liaise with applicant groups and their legal representatives.Mō mātou/About us Te Tari Whakatau is an independent departmental agency hosted by the Ministry of Justice - Te Tāhū o te Ture.
