Mandurah Auto Group is seeking a motivated Aftercare Consultant to join our sales team.

You’ll help customers explore accessories and aftermarket products that suit their vehicle, needs and budget. From the first conversation through to delivery, you’ll provide helpful advice and ensure their chosen products are arranged correctly.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Explaining product features and advantages and providing demonstrations where required
- Responding to customer enquiries and following up opportunities
- Ordering products and coordinating with the sales and delivery teams to ensure they are ready on time
- Maintaining strong product knowledge and sharing information with sales colleagues
- Keeping accurate records of customer conversations, orders and daily activity




- Working towards sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience
- Resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally

About you

You’ll have at least two years’ experience in an automotive, sales or customer service role. You’ll also bring:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to listen to customers and recommend products that meet their needs
- A motivated approach to achieving sales goals
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence handling enquiries and resolving concerns
- A willingness to learn about new products and work closely with the wider dealership team
