About the Role As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for driving the sale of aftermarket products while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond.



You will also be managing the service contracts of our customers.

You'll work closely with Sales and Service teams to maximise opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell aftermarket products, accessories and solutions
- Management of service contracts
- Identify and develop opportunities with new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs and customer satisfaction goals
- Conduct networking and business development activities
- Provide expert product advice and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless vehicle deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and product knowledge

About You To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail or business-to-business sales
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Current driver's licence (essential)
- Heavy vehicle licence (advantageous but not essential)
