What You'll Be Doing Your days will be varied and rewarding. You might be:
- Providing personal care assistance (example. Showering, grooming)
- Supporting mobility and helping with everyday activities
- Having meaningful conversations and providing companionship
- Helping with meal preparation and dining support




- Domestic duties, light housekeeping.
- Providing transport and accompanying clients.
- Working as part of a compassionate team that genuinely cares

What We're Looking For

Essential

- A genuine desire to help others (experience is great, but attitude is everything!)
- Reliability and punctuality – our clients depend on you.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work flexibly
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR Certification, National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly)
- Open drivers license and a reliable vehicle
