We’re looking for an AI/ML engineer who can design, build and operate practical AI-enabled products. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering judgement, hands-on delivery experience, and an ability to select the right technology for the problem—not simply apply the latest tools.

You should have experience in several of the following areas:

- Building production-grade software using Python and/or SQL, with an understanding of maintainable application and data-system design.
- Developing, evaluating and improving machine-learning and generative-AI solutions, including LLM-powered workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, model evaluation and observability.
- Working with modern AI model providers and open-source models, and making sound choices around quality, latency, cost, safety and privacy.
- Designing data pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data, including data warehousing, orchestration and vector search where relevant.
- Deploying and operating AI or ML workloads in cloud environments, with familiarity in areas such as containerisation,



infrastructure automation, monitoring and security.
- Collaborating with product, data and engineering teams to turn ambiguous business problems into useful, reliable solutions.
- Communicating technical trade-offs clearly and contributing to engineering standards, documentation and knowledge sharing.

Experience with technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, Langfuse, MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, dbt, FastAPI, React, and vector databases may be helpful. -AWS Bedrock or MSFT Foundry is highly valuable
