The point isn’t the technology. It’s solving the problem and creating measurable value.

We understand operational environments such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, logistics, field services and customer operations, you may specialise in a different space and that's ok.

Who we’re looking for

We’re building a network of experienced people who have actually solved difficult business problems.

You might work in:

You could be an independent consultant, contractor, specialist, fractional leader, or have a permanent role and simply be open to an interesting project. We’re less interested in your job title than what you know how to solve.

There’s no promise of immediate work and no expectation that you wait around for the perfect opportunity. When we find a business problem that suits your skills, we assemble the people with the right experience, agree how we’ll work together and build the team around the problem.
