The Role

You'll handle the installation of a wide range of residential, builder and commercial air conditioning systems throughout SEQ, plus routine servicing and maintenance on the systems you and the team put in — split systems, ducted systems, VRF, package units, ventilation and commercial HVAC equipment. Most jobs are run with a crew of 4–5, so you're never sorting out a tricky install on your own, and you're backed by an experienced office and management team on scheduling, communication and having the right parts on hand. Monday to Friday only, no after-hours call-outs.

Key Responsibilities

- Install split, ducted, VRF and commercial HVAC systems from plans and specs
- Run and connect refrigerant piping, ductwork and drainage to a high standard
- Mount and position indoor/outdoor units, and complete electrical connections in line with your licence




- Commission and test new installations to make sure everything's running right before handover
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing on installed systems
- Complete detailed job notes, photos and reports accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and a tidy, professional handover on every job
- Work alongside the crew, office team, builders and other trades on site to keep jobs on schedule
- Work safely and to industry standards, keeping a clean, organised presentation on site

About You

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
- Current QLD Driver's Licence and White Card
- Current First Aid and CPR/LVR certification (or able to obtain)
- A hands-on, practical approach and pride in your workmanship
- Comfortable working as part of a crew as well as independently when needed
- Full working rights in Australia — we're not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role
- Valuable communication, time management and reliability
