Role Description The All Rounder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bendigo, VIC. This role involves assisting with day-to-day fencing manufacturing and operations, including handling materials, supporting production processes, and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The All

Rounder may support basic assembly, packing, and loading of fencing products, as well as general yard and warehouse duties. The role also includes working closely with team members, following instructions from supervisors,



and contributing to a high standard of customer service when required. Flexibility to perform varied tasks and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform general hands-on duties in a manufacturing, warehouse, or yard environment, including safe handling of steel and aluminium materials.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools, power tools, or light machinery in an industrial or construction setting.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and customers.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, including following established procedures and guidelines.
- Valuable physical fitness and ability to perform manual work, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors when required.
- Willingness to learn new tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement in daily operations.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fencing, construction, or a similar trade environment is beneficial but not essential.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills; a valid driver’s licence and forklift licence are advantageous.
