Key responsibilities
- Manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base
- Assist in all daily operations within your club - including sales, admin, cleaning, social media, and spending time engaging with members
- Work closely with the Club Manager and your team to achieve the clubs goals
- Assist members with enquiries
- Promote the club within the local community
- Drive marketing and advertising campaigns, including in club social media
- Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment
About you
- Outgoing, energetic and thrives on interacting with people
- Self motivated: Willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Able to work autonomously
- Proactive: Offer opinions, feedback and recent ideas in partnership with the management
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality or similar sectors is desirable
- Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is required
- Working with children, first aid, police check, drivers license are a requirement
