AP All Clean is a growing local business providing cleaning for holiday accommodation,

short-term rental properties and residential homes throughout the Whitsunday region.

We are seeking an organised and experienced Accommodation & Cleaning Operations

Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday accommodation services.

About the role The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the operational requirements of multiple short-term rental properties, including property turnovers, housekeeping team, staff scheduling, supplies, quality control and communication with property owners and accommodation partners.

This is a hands-on management position within a growing business, requiring someone who can work independently, coordinate multiple priorities and ensure properties are consistently maintained and prepared for guests.

Key responsibilities

● Oversee the day-to-day operational requirements of holiday rental properties.

● Coordinate property turnovers and ensure properties are prepared for incoming guests.

● Prepare staff rosters and allocate cleaning and housekeeping duties.

● Supervise and support cleaning and housekeeping staff.

● Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of properties.





● Communicate with property owners, property managers and accommodation partners.

● Respond to operational issues relating to properties and coordinate appropriate solutions.

● Order and manage linen, cleaning products, equipment and other supplies.

● Coordinate changing requirements between bookings and guest stays.

● Develop and maintain efficient procedures for property preparation and housekeeping

● Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

● Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within hospitality, hotels, resorts or accommodation properties.

● Detail-oriented with high standards of property presentation.

● Solid communication and organisational skills.

● Availability to work a flexible roster when required.

● Holds a current driver's licence.
